World Liberty Financial (WLFI), a DeFi project co-founded by US President Donald Trump and his three sons, has once again made headlines with its latest move.
Accordingly, World Liberty Financial sold Bitcoin (BTC) to buy more Ethereum (ETH).
The WLFI team is reducing its Bitcoin investment and converting its assets to Ethereum.
According to Lookonchain, World Liberty Financial recently sold 93.77 Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) and bought approximately 2,868 ETH.
The team sold 93.77 WBTC, worth approximately $8.07 million, and bought ETH at an average price of $2,813.
This move by the WLFI team is being interpreted as a clear asset rotation from Bitcoin to Ethereum.
This isn’t the first time the WLFI team has switched from Bitcoin to Ethereum. In early January, they also exchanged $1.3 million worth of WBTC for Ethereum.
WLFI is still trading at $0.167 at the time of writing.
