MemeToro has passed $134,000 raised as its Stage 7 presale and open-source development continue. The project’s latest update added the contract layer for fair memecoin funding. Within the wider BNB Chain market, these rules are designed to reduce hidden allocations, changing launch terms and unsupported AI-generated proposals.
AI Proposals Include Evidence and Launch Rules
MemeToro’s AI agent begins by gathering news, social sentiment and market signals. The connector is read-only, keeping data collection separate from wallet keys and contract deployment.
The agent uses that information to draft a memecoin concept. It records the proposed name, ticker, reasoning and source links rather than presenting a token without context.
Each concept is prepared as a launch manifest containing the supply, fixed price, funding target, wallet caps and allocation details. This gives users one set of terms to review before contributing.
Deterministic validators then inspect the proposal. They reject URLs that the connector never collected, allocation totals that do not equal 100%, insider allocations and conflicting payment conditions.
The agent can also refuse to launch anything. This reduces the pressure to turn every trend into a financial asset.
Fair-Launch Contracts Restrict Insider Control
MemeToro’s latest repository update added 1,373 lines across 17 files. FairLaunchEscrow.sol is the central contract in the release.
The escrow holds contributor funds for one fixed-rate launch round. All participants in that round follow the same published funding conditions.
Its settings cannot be changed through an owner or administrator. The current design also contains no upgrade path.
Contributor and liquidity allocations must cover the full launch supply, making a separate insider share impossible inside the round. Any rounding remainder moves toward liquidity.
Money can only be refunded or transferred to the planned executor for liquidity. There is no route from the escrow to a developer treasury.
These safeguards address specific memecoin risks through contract limits rather than asking users to trust a promise.
Trading and $MT Utility Support the Ecosystem
MemeToro plans to connect fair launches with memecoin trading on BNB Chain. Successful rounds are intended to create PancakeSwap liquidity under the conditions published in their manifests.
The dashboard is planned to help users follow agent proposals, review evidence and discover new tokens. AI filters can organize market information without promising which asset will rise.
$MT is designed to support:
- Platform and dashboard access.
- Funding for approved memecoin launches.
- Staking rewards advertised at up to 35%.
- Prediction market participation.
- Community and engagement rewards.
- Creator-related fee flows.
Creators may receive up to 1.2% of trading volume under the planned model. These features can give participants reasons to use the platform after a token launch rather than relying only on short-term price activity.
How to Buy $MT Safely
Users should purchase $MT only through MemeToro’s official presale portal. They should confirm the domain through verified public channels before connecting a wallet.
The portal accepts BNB, ETH, selected stablecoins and card payment. Buyers enter an amount, check the Stage 7 rate and review the displayed token allocation.
$MT currently costs $0.00430, while MemeToro shows $0.05186 as its planned launch price. The actual market price will depend on liquidity and trading demand.
Public-sale tokens have no stated vesting and are intended to become claimable at launch. Buyers should ignore private claim messages and wait for official instructions.
MemeToro’s fair-launch executor, manifest connection, PancakeSwap automation, testnet deployment and independent review remain upcoming milestones. The platform’s safety model comes from making its proposed rules public, restricted and measurable as development progresses.
