Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase announced that it will list the memecoin Moo Deng (MOODENG) on the Solana network.
The token was added to the listing roadmap by Coinbase yesterday evening.
Coinbase has recently attracted attention by listing altcoins that it has added to its listing roadmap within a short period of time. This was not the case in previous periods, and tokens would sometimes remain on the listing roadmap for months and then be listed.
Moo Deng, a major memecoin that now has a market cap of around $500 million, is yet to be listed on Binance.
Coinbase’s listing is in line with the recent memecoin listing craze, as cryptocurrency exchanges look to take a cut of the profits from high trading volumes in these altcoins.
