US Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Reveals He Bought Bitcoin

US Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He revealed that he bought Bitcoin for his children after attending the Bitcoin Conference held in Miami earlier this year.

Kennedy, who previously denied being a BTC investor, confirmed in a statement today that he used some of his profits from his lawsuit against Monsanto to buy two Bitcoins for each of his seven children. Thus, it was understood that Kennedy's total BTC asset was 14 BTC.

14 BTC corresponds to approximately $ 414,000 at the time of this writing.

“At the conference, I was inspired by the vision and passion of the Bitcoin community and wanted to give my children a share in the future of money,” Kennedy said.

According to a financial statement form completed in June, Kennedy reported that he owned between $100,000 and $250,000 in cryptocurrencies. In his previous statement to CNBC, he said that he was “not an investor” in BTC, but later explained that he forgot to buy.

Contesting for the Democrats' nomination for the 2024 presidential election, Kennedy is known as a strong supporter of Bitcoin and BTC's potential to empower people and protect the environment.
