One of the largest key releases for 2Z, the native token of the DoubleZero project, will take place on October 2nd. According to current schedule data, approximately 1.65 billion 2Z will be released. This amount represents 16.55% of the token’s maximum supply of 10 billion.
Of the tokens to be unlocked, 575 million are allocated to Jump Crypto, 350 million to Malbec Labs, and 250 million to the project team. Additionally, 300 million will be allocated to institutions, 100 million to contributors, 50 million to developers, and 30 million for the validator sale.
In line with expectations surrounding the token unlocking, the price of the 2Z altcoin has fallen by 13% in the last 24 hours. Currently trading at $0.05538, 2Z hit its all-time high of $0.75 in October last year. The token is currently trading 92% lower than its record high.
