High-value transactions by large investors (whales) in the cryptocurrency market are attracting attention. Hundreds of millions of dollars worth of transfers, staking, and accumulation transactions have been detected on Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Hyperliquid (HYPE), and Chainlink (LINK). Transfers from BlackRock-linked wallets to Coinbase Prime and the actions of HYPE whales have been particularly noteworthy.

A total of $143.04 million worth of cryptocurrency was transferred from wallets linked to BlackRock, the world’s largest asset management company, to Coinbase Prime.

The transactions included the transfer of 883 BTC, worth $72.64 million, from wallets linked to BlackRock’s spot Bitcoin ETF IBIT, and approximately 28,957 ETH, worth $70.4 million, from other wallets.

However, it was stated that these transactions were transfers for safekeeping purposes and there was no confirmation that direct sales had taken place.

In another notable transaction, an anonymous major investor withdrew 774.77 BTC worth $63.36 million from the Robinhood platform.

The Bitcoins were sent to a wallet that had previously received two small test transfers. While the large-scale transfer of assets outside of an exchange is noteworthy, there is no information yet regarding the investor’s next move.

Significant whale activity was also recorded on Hyperliquid’s native token, HYPE.

An investor staked 139,050 HYPE tokens, worth $10.95 million, by delegating them to the Infinitefield.xyz validator.

It was also determined that the investor in question held long positions totaling $202,250 on CXMT, SKHX, and LYTE with 10x leverage. While there was an unrealized loss of $36,540 on these positions, the investor’s total profit in the perpetual futures market was $7.22 million.

However, the whale’s perpetual trading performance over the last 30 days shows a loss of $2.02 million.

On the other hand, another HYPE whale reinvested approximately 399,994 HYPE, worth $30.92 million, in staking. This brings the total amount of assets staked by the investor in the last 24 hours to approximately 500,000 HYPE, or $38.92 million.

Interestingly, it was found that these tokens were removed from staking approximately two months ago and then re-locked with the latest transactions.

Chainlink Whale Accumulates $3 Million Worth of LINK in Four Days

On the Chainlink (LINK) side, accumulation transactions carried out by a wallet via Binance stood out.

The wallet in question received 67,560 LINK tokens worth $808,350 from Binance in its last transaction.

Thus, the amount of LINK collected by the investor in the last 24 hours has risen to 182,160, equivalent to $2.18 million.

Over the past four days, the investor accumulated a total of 246,800 LINK, with purchases valued at $3.01 million.
