Terra (LUNA) founder and CEO Do Kwon, who was caught boarding a plane in Montenegro in March with a fake passport, has been detained in Montenegro since his arrest.
Although Do Kwon's request to be released on bail for forgery was granted, the Supreme Court of Montenegro decided to keep Kwon in detention for his extradition to South Korea.
According to Bloomberg's report, Do Kwon, who appeared before a judge in Montenegro today for forgery of documents, was found guilty and sentenced to 4 months in prison.
