Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, started the day with altcoin announcement news.
Binance first announced that it will support Zilliqa (ZIL) and Waves (WAVES) network upgrades and hard forks.
Binance made the following statements in its statement:
“Binance will support Zilliqa (ZIL) and Waves (WAVES) network upgrades and hard forks.
The Zilliqa (ZIL) network upgrade will take place on 05.07.2023 at 08:00 UTC. ZIL deposits and withdrawals will be suspended from approximately 05.07.2023 at 07:30 UTC.
The Waves (WAVES) network upgrade will occur on 06.07.2023 at 8:14 UTC. Deposits and withdrawals with WAVES will be suspended from approximately 06.07.2023 at 17:00 UTC.
ZIL and WAVES trading will not be affected during network upgrades and hard forks. Zilliqa (ZIL) and Waves (WAVES) network upgrades and hard forks do not result in new tokens being created.
We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for ZIL and WAVES once we consider the upgraded networks stable, and will not notify users at further notice.”
Maintenance for Tron (TRX)!
Binance made its second announcement for Tron (TRX). In this context, Binance stated that it will perform wallet maintenance for Tron Network (TRX) and made the following statements.
“Binance will perform wallet maintenance for Tron Network (TRX) on 06.07.2023 at 07:00 UTC. The maintenance will take approximately 1 hour.
Trading of digital assets/currencies on the Tron Network (TRX) will not be affected during wallet maintenance.
TRX deposits and withdrawals will be suspended from 06.07.2023 at 06:30 UTC.
We will reopen deposits and withdrawals once maintenance is complete and will not notify users at further notice.”
