Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, started today with an altcoin announcement.
At this point, Binance stated that the altcoin named Ontology (ONT) will support the network upgrade and hard fork.
“Binance will support Ontology (ONT) network upgrade and hard fork.
Deposits and withdrawals through the Ontology network will be suspended from approximately 08/15/2023 at 06:00 UTC.
Token trading in the Ontology (ONT) network will not be affected during the network upgrade and hard fork.
Ontology (ONT) network upgrade and hard fork do not result in the creation of new tokens.”
After this announcement by Binance, there was a 4 increase in ONT price.
