“The next step in Ethereum ETF approvals will take some time,” SEC Chairman Gary Gensler said.
“Cryptocurrency exchanges do things that the law would never allow the NYSE or traditional exchanges to do.”
Gensler's comment on ETH ETFs likely indicates that the S-1 approval process will potentially move slowly.
