The penalty demanded for Faruk Fatih Özer, the CEO of the crypto money exchange Thodex, which left thousands of victims behind with a profit of 356 million, has been determined.
Accordingly, the prosecutor of the trial demanded that Fatih Özer be sentenced to a prison sentence of 12,142 years to 40,462 years on charges of “qualified fraud”, “establishing an organization” and “laundering the assets resulting from crime”.
