OKX, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges, announced today that it will list a new altcoin.

Accordingly, OKX announced that it will list the altcoin named Merlin Chain (MERL) on April 19.

“OKX is pleased to announce that Merlin Chain (MERL) has been listed on our spot trading market. Please note the following schedules:

MERL deposits will open at 10:00 UTC on April 17, 2024.

MERL/USDT spot trading will open at 10:00 UTC on April 19, 2024.

MERL withdrawals will begin at 10:00 UTC on April 20, 2024.”

What is Merlin Chain (MERL)?

Merlin Chain is an EVM-compatible, native Bitcoin Layer 2 to enable advanced use of BTC assets. MERL is its governance token.

MERL became the third BRC-20 token launched by OKX, after ORDI and SATS.
