As it is known, the SEC had previously sent a Wells Notice to Coinbase.
In the Coinbase Case, as in the Binance case, the SEC claimed that the altcoins named “SOL, ADA, MATIC, FIL, SAND, AXS, CHZ, FLOW, ICP, NEAR, VGX, DASH and NEXO” are Securities.
