According to the latest information, the Montenegrin Court suspended the decision to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea.
Accordingly, the Supreme Court of Montenegro on Friday overturned previous decisions by two lower courts to extradite Kwon to his native South Korea and suspended the extradition of Terra founder Do Kwon.

The decision effectively puts a pause on the ongoing conflict between South Korea and the United States over Kwon. Both countries want to prosecute Kwon on criminal charges, including fraud, related to the $40 billion collapse of the Terra ecosystem in May 2022.
