It has been learned that a giant cryptocurrency whale has sent a large amount of Ethereum (ETH) to Binance.
A Sudden Drop In Ethereum Price Following Whale's Altcoin Transfer
When the fluctuation in the ETH price is examined, it is thought that the whale in question sold the ETH tokens it sent.
The total value of the whale's transfer today was recorded as 34,044 ETH ($65.4 million). The same whale purchased these tokens on March 11 when the ETH price was approximately $1,420. At the time of this writing, ETH price is trading at $ 1,912.
The whale in question bought 15,551 ETH by selling 23.96 million USDC tokens when USDC fell below $1. In addition, the same whale managed to withdraw all of its tokens from the cryptocurrency exchange FTX just before it crashed.
