As Ripple continues its legal battle with the SEC, Ripple (XRP) investors expect positive results from the lawsuit and XRP to rise.
XRP, which has risen with Bitcoin (BTC) and altcoins, went up to $ 0.4864.
While this rise was enough for XRP investors to rejoice, well-known XRP lawyer and advocate John E. Deaton made a bold prediction about the XRP price.
Stating that XRP will rise to $ 1, Deaton claimed that many investors who are hesitant to buy XRP will flock to buy XRP when XRP reaches $ 1.
Deaton also said that XRP investors will be driven by the fear of missing out, i.e. FOMO, and the XRP price will come out with a FOMO-fueled buying spree.
However, opening a parenthesis here, Deaton argued that FOMO probably won't come into play until XRP reaches the important threshold of $2.
“XRP price is currently hovering around $0.48.
And it's crazy to think how many people who refuse to buy XRP now will buy XRP for over $1.
What's even crazier is that the FOMO that will take over investors probably won't kick in until $2."
XRP is currently trading at $0.4795.
