Bitcoin supporter Fundstrat Global Advisors partner Tom Lee announced his new predictions.
Speaking to CNBC's Squawk Box program, Tom Lee predicted that Bitcoin could reach $150,000 in the next 12 months and $500,000 in 5 years.
“I think Bitcoin will reach $100,000-150,000 in the next 12 months.
“There is potential for a huge increase in demand with spot Bitcoin approval, so I think around half a million can definitely be reached in 5 years.”
While the real decision on spot Bitcoin ETFs is expected to be announced today, the BTC price Bitcoin is at $ 44,000.
