Michael Saylor, chairman of Strategy and one of the most bullish figures in the cryptocurrency world regarding Bitcoin, made an unusual statement.
Saylor, who normally shares posts about buying Bitcoin weekly and retweets BTC-related news, made a different kind of post this time.
Saylor stated that she is “currently buying Bitcoin” and asked her followers, “Are you buying it too?”
According to recent data, Michael Saylor’s company, Strategy, holds a total of 720,737 BTC worth $49.03 billion. However, Saylor’s investments have begun to incur losses due to the recent drop in Bitcoin prices, and at the time of writing, a loss of $5.53 billion, or approximately 10%, has been recorded.
Despite the recent drop in BTC price, Strategy is not expected to experience financial difficulties, according to official statements, as long as the price does not fall to $8,000. However, other analysts believe that this level is actually around $20,000.
