Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, continues its announcements.
At this point, Binance NFT announced that it will terminate the Sandbox (SAND) NFT Staking Program in late September and remove support for the Polygon (MATIC) Network.
Binance stated that users can no longer stake Polygon Network-hosted LAND NFTs on the Binance NFT Marketplace to earn daily SAND rewards.
“Binance NFT will terminate the Sandbox (SAND) NFT Staking Program as of 26.09.2023 at 06:00 UTC.
This decision was made after careful review and evaluation and is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline product offerings on the Binance NFT Marketplace.
Starting 06.09.2023 06:00 (UTC), users will no longer be able to stake LAND NFTs hosted on Polygon Network on Binance NFT Marketplace to earn daily The Sandbox (SAND) rewards.
All LAND NFTs currently staked on Binance NFT Marketplace will be automatically removed on 09/27/2023 and returned to users' Binance accounts after 02:00 UTC on 09/28/2023.
The last daily SAND rewards will also be automatically distributed to users' Spot wallets after 28.09.2023 02:00 UTC.
Additionally, Binance NFT will remove Polygon Network support as of 06:00 UTC on 09/26/2023.
Users must withdraw their NFTs from the Binance NFT Marketplace via the Polygon Network by 12/31/2023 at 23:59 UTC.
All affected listings will be automatically canceled on 26.09.2023 06:00 UTC and the relevant Polygon Network NFTs will be returned to users' accounts after 28.09.2023 02:00 UTC.”
