Jack Yi, founder of LD Capital, stated that Bitcoin (BTC) is facing strong resistance around the $86,000 level, suggesting that profit-taking on long positions could be considered in this region.

Yi stated that if Bitcoin reaches that level, it might be appropriate to close long positions and realize profits. The LD Capital founder noted that he made a similar assessment about 20 days ago and his current view remains unchanged.

However, Yi emphasized that despite the possibility of a short-term correction, he maintains his bull market expectation for Bitcoin. The analyst also stated that he is not considering opening a short position under the current conditions.

According to Yi, price movements in bull markets don’t occur linearly. He noted that Bitcoin may experience periodic pullbacks within its uptrend, and such corrections can create new buying opportunities. However, he added that investors should pay attention to risk management when taking advantage of these opportunities.

Jack Yi also pointed out the importance of setting appropriate stop-loss levels. He stated that using risk management strategies to limit losses in case price movements deviate from expectations is crucial, and that positions should be re-evaluated according to market conditions.

How Bitcoin will react to the level around $86,000 was one of the key factors highlighted in Yi’s assessment of the short-term market outlook. Yi’s statements suggest that investors holding long positions may consider profit taking and risk management in this resistance zone. However, these assessments reflect Yi’s market view.
