The list is sorted by GitHub-based developer activity for projects running both fully and partially on Ethereum.
Santiment's data shows intense development activity across a broad ecosystem, from wallet infrastructure to Layer-2 networks. MetaMask USD led the way, followed by Radworks and Chainlink.

Starknet (STRK) is showing the strongest price performance on the list, gaining 34.69% in the last week. Projects like Chainlink (LINK) and EigenLayer (EIGEN) are also seeing weekly gains of over 6%.
Ethereum (ETH) attracted attention with a daily increase of 4.58%.
