Customers of bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange FTX now have a new way to access their accounts and claim their losses.
Launched by FTX Creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, the FTX Customer Claims Portal allows customers to verify their identity, review their transaction history, and provide electronic claim proofs if needed.
Managed by the Kroll Restructuring Administration, the claims and reporting agent for FTX Creditors, the portal aims to streamline the process of recovering funds from the bankrupt exchange.
According to the tweet, the official address of the portal is claims.ftx.com.

Customers can use the portal to verify their account balances as of November 11, 2022, when FTX filed for bankruptcy protection after a massive attack drained its reserves.
Customers who confirm their account balances do not need to take any further action, while those who dispute their balance or have other claims against FTX can submit electronic claim documents through the portal.
