Another whale, known as 0x1c6, made a significant move by withdrawing 16,391 METIS worth $1.42 million from cryptocurrency exchange MEXC at $86,946 per unit. This METIS accumulation is particularly notable as it occurred when the price of the altcoin dropped 6.1% in the last 24 hours. A wallet affiliated with the Hermez Network, identified by the short address 0xa31, deposited 3 million MATIC, equivalent to $2.85 million, to Kraken at an average price of $0.95 per token. This wallet received 19.82 million MATIC from Hermez Network 23 days ago and currently holds 16.82 million MATIC worth $16.06 million.
If the above deposits truly belong to Hermez Network, the wallet in question has received an average of $0.864 ($8.76 million total) from various centralized exchanges including SwissBorg, Bitfinex, and Kraken since the beginning of 2024, with a total of 10.15 million MATIC, especially at local peaks. will have deposited it.
