As cryptocurrency adoption increases in the United States, cryptos are also becoming more common among high-level individuals.
At this point, the latest news came from US representative Mike Collins. Collins, who has previously invested in various altcoins, most recently invested in the memecoin called 'Ski Mask Dog'.
Republican U.S. House of Representatives member Mike Collins made two separate investments in Ski Mask Dog between Dec. 1 and 2, with each transaction totaling between $1,000 and $15,000, according to financial reports filed with the House of Representatives.
Apart from Ski Mask Dog, Collins also purchased the altcoin Aerodrome (AERO).
Collins has also invested in other altcoins in the past year, including Ethereum (ETH), The Graph (GRT), and Velodrome (VELO).
Ski Mask Dog (SKI), which rose following the news, has gained 125% in the last 24 hours and continues to trade at $0.23.
