Microsoft has partnered with cryptocurrency project Axelar (AXL).
Axelar is a project that enables communication between different blockchains and helps the development of APIs and dApps through decentralized applications.
With the partnership established between Microsfot and Axelar, the tools offered by Axelar will be made available to Microsoft customers in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
Microsoft's Axelar is aimed to provide its customers with software that allows to integrate different blockchains.
Speaking on behalf of Microsoft after the partnership, Daniel An said:
“We are excited to collaborate with Axelar to accelerate blockchain integration and provide valuable solutions to our customers. By leveraging this partnership, we can enable companies to embrace blockchain technology and transform their operations.”
According to the agreement, Microsoft will benefit from Axelar's services, while Axelar will benefit from Microsoft's OpenAI services.
Axelar co-founder Sergey Gorbunox stated that they will progress rapidly in the integration of web3 and artificial intelligence applications together with the Microsoft partnership.
Microsoft also partnered with ANKR in February.
After the news, the price of AXL rose by 20%.
