According to Santiment data, software development activity in privacy-focused projects continues to be strong, regardless of market price performance.
Santiment stated that this ranking is based on meaningful development activity on GitHub. Projects like Dash, NYM, and HOPR, in particular, are notable for increasing developer interest.
Here are the privacy-focused altcoins that cryptocurrency developers have focused on the most in the last 30 days:
- Dash (DASH) – 49.6
- NYM (NYM) – 36.7
- HOPR (HOPR) – 30.97
- Zcash (ZEC) – 20.7
- Decred (DCR) – 6.63
- Dusk (DUSK) – 6.53
- Monero (XMR) – 3.13
- Verge (XVG) – 3.00
- ANyONE Protocol (ANYONE) – 3.00
- Beldex (BDX) – 2.57
It’s noteworthy that ZEC and XMR, two of the most talked-about privacy altcoins of the year, aren’t at the top of the list. ZEC, in particular, dominated headlines for a considerable time this year due to its truly impressive rally. The price of ZEC has increased by approximately 816% in the past year.
