In the past months, the Multichain ecosystem, a decentralized platform, has been shaken by a series of events that have compromised the security and integrity of its service.
After the events, the Multichain team announced that they had to stop their operations on July 14 and advised the community not to use the Multichain service anymore.
But the waters are not calm on the Multichain front. Popular platform Lookonchain said in a post that a suspicious Multichain address is selling LINK, CRV, WOO and YFI.
Accordingly, the suspicious address deposited 338,941 LINK (worth $2.4 million) on Binance today and sold 149,110 LINK for 561 Ethereum (worth $1.03 million).
The same address sold 9.67 million WOO (worth $1.8 million) for 966 ETH (worth $1.78 million).
This sale reduced the value of WOO by 8%.
Stating that this suspicious address still has 1.36 million CRV ($805,000) and 134.48 million YFI (worth $872,000), Lookonchain warned that this address may be about to sell CRVs and YFIs.
