Three artificial intelligence companies operating on blockchain are in talks to merge crypto tokens, a move aimed at helping them develop a decentralized artificial intelligence platform, Bloomberg reports.

SingularityNET, Fetch.ai and Ocean Protocol are discussing combining their tokens under a fully diluted ASI token worth approximately $7.5 billion, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The three platforms will continue to operate as separate entities but will collaborate under the guidance of the Super Intelligence Collective, led by SingularityNET founder and chief executive officer Ben Goertzel, the sources said.
