Upbit, South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange, started the day with an altcoin announcement.
At this point, Upbit announced in its statement that it will list the altcoin named GLMR and support the GLMR / BTC transaction pair.
Stating that GLMR deposits will be opened soon, Upbit stated that it will only support Moonbeam Network deposits.
Upbit made the following statements in its statement:
“GLMR deposit support will begin within 3 hours of this notification being published.
GLMR only supports deposits on the Moonbeam network.
When adding a new digital asset, buy orders are restricted for the first 5 minutes.
GLMR sell orders are limited to prices below -10% of the previous day's closing price of Coin Market Cap (0.00000634 BTC).”

GLMR, which is also listed on Binance, rose by more than 50% to $0.26 after the Upbit announcement. GLMR is trading at $0.247 at the time of writing.
