Cryptocurrency analysis company Santiment listed altcoin projects with increasing large-scale whale activity in its latest analysis.
The analytics company, which published updated data for the last week, used the crypto whale activity in the previous week for comparison.
Here is the current list published by Santiment and the whale activity increase rate:
- Cronos (CRO) – 255%
- Aave (AAVE is on the Optimism network) – 100%
- Ethena USDe – 82%
- DAI – 75%
- USDC (on Polygon network) – 57%
- Wrapped Ether (WETH) – 53%
- Aave (AAVE on Polygon network) – 50%
- Toncoin (TON) – 50%
- Immutable X (IMX) – 36%
- Arbitrum (ARB) – 25%
Analysts claim that monitoring whale activity in the altcoin market can lead to the creation of a more optimized portfolio. They particularly wanted to draw attention to altcoins that experience sudden jumps in whale activity while falling in value. Santiment claimed that these are candidates for the biggest jumps in the coming period.
All altcoins, except stablecoins, on the list published by Santiment lost value along with the general cryptocurrency decline in the last week.
