New Development in SEC Terra Luna Case! The Prime Minister of This Country Also Invested in Luna!

It was revealed that Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajic was one of the first investors of Terraform Labs. Court documents released by the US SEC show that Spajic invested $75,000 to purchase 750,000 Luna tokens in April 2018.

SEC Reveals Montenegrin Prime Minister Was Early Investor in Terra

According to the documents, Prime Minister Spajic was among the first investors to invest in Terraform Labs, just days before it was registered in Singapore on April 23, 2018.

About a week after Terraform Labs reached a settlement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), new findings from an April court document have reignited yet another controversy over the failed crypto project.

According to a report by Montenegrin media outlet Vijesti, Prime Minister Milojko Spajic, who took office in October 2023, purchased 750,000 Terra (LUNA) tokens by investing $75,000 in Singapore-based Terraform Labs in April 2018.

The report was disclosed in a court document filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Until the court documents became public, the Prime Minister of Montenegro claimed that he had never personally invested in the failed crypto project.

But SEC court documents put his name at No. 16 on a list of investors and show he was one of the company's early investors, with an agreement with Terraform dated April 17, 2018.
