Ripple and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have jointly requested a one-week extension to the submission date of the Hinman documents and other requested redacted material due to the “massive volume of materials and redactions.”
The new date requested for the submission of the file is 13 June 2023.
The deadline was previously set to 6 June.
