While mem tokens have become popular among whales lately, especially Solana (SOL) based mem tokens are being traded.
At this point, while many exchanges are listing some of these meme tokens, whales are also increasing their purchases.
At this point, Lookonchain said that a mysterious whale bought WIF, a Solana-based meme token.
Accordingly, this whale spent 86,700 SOLs worth $8.65 million to buy 17.2 million WIFs.
This whale also claims to be a Binance insider and introduces himself as “binance-insider.sol”.
Lookonchain stated that this whale had previously purchased 19.86 million WIF at $0.01137, and that the whale currently holds 37.08 million WIF ($6.98 million) and the average WIF purchase cost is $0.2393.
This makes the mysterious whale the second largest owner of WIF.

It currently holds WIF37.08 million ($6.98 million), making it the second largest holder of WIF, with an average acquisition cost of $0.2393.”
WIF, which has increased by around 73% in the last 24 hours, is traded at $ 0.23 at the time of writing.
