According to onchain data provided by LookOnChain, a giant cryptocurrency whale bought 10,000 Ethereums for 17.14 million USDC on UniSwap right after Grayscale won its lawsuit against the SEC.
The whale, which made the last 4,000 ETH purchase in the minutes after the rise, paid an average of $ 1,714 per ETH. ETH price is trading at $ 1,719 at the time of this writing.
One of the biggest triggers of the sudden rise in ETH price is thought to be this transaction of the whale.
At the time of writing, the whale in question has 37 million dollars of ETH, 17 million dollars of USDC, 340,000 dollars of RBN, 100 thousand dollars of BLUR, 82 thousand dollars of TON tokens at the time of writing.
After it was understood that Grayscale had won the SEC case, Bitcoin rose more than 5% from the $26,000 level and climbed to around 27,500. The SEC has 45 days to announce what it will do after this stage, and is likely to appeal the decision.
