Investment firm GSR Markets, a leading market maker, has purchased large amounts of Worldcoin (WLD) from various exchanges.
According to the post of Blockchain data analysis platform Spot on Chain, GSR Markets received 675,000 WLD tokens from Bybit and Gate.io exchanges during the day.
With this latest purchase, GSR Markets' total WLD received in the last seven days reached 1.697 million WLD ($2.57 million).

The market maker has been actively accumulating WLD from exchanges lately and has sold a total of 1.697 million WLD in the last 7 days.
GSR Markets currently holds 10.368 million WLD ($16.07 million), making GSR Markets one of the largest holders of WLD tokens in the market.”

With this news, WLD increased by approximately 6% and rose to $1.64. WLD, which gave back some of its gains, is trading at $1.6 at the time of writing.
