According to breaking information, Valkyrie's spot Bitcoin ETF application to the SEC has been accepted for review. This does not mean that the spot ETF application has been accepted. It just means it will be reviewed by the SEC.
Two days ago, BlackRock's application was similarly reviewed by the SEC.
The Spot Bitcoin ETF tracks the value of Bitcoin without requiring a direct holding of the asset. It can also be traded on a traditional exchange.
