Elon Musk, who organized a Twitter Spaces event with Cathie Wood following the approval of Bitcoin Spot ETFs by the SEC and the historic victory of the cryptocurrency industry, answered Wood's BTC question in his statement.
Wood asked Elon Musk if he would use BTC as part of the X (formerly Twitter) infrastructure.
In response to Wood, Musk said that he was open to the idea of using Bitcoin on X, but he thought little about BTC in daily life.
Musk had previously said similar things about cryptocurrencies in his last statement and stated that he thought very little about cryptocurrency technology. Tesla, of which Musk is the CEO, has even been selling electric automobiles with BTC in recent years. Musk terminated these sales transactions using environmental concerns as an excuse.
Cathie Wood is known as a staunch BTC bull, and her CEO Ark Invest's BTC Spot ETF application was approved by the SEC today.
