The reward to be given by the cryptocurrency onchain research platform Arkham to those who reveal the identities of Bybit hackers was obtained by cryptocurrency detective ZachXBT.
ZachXBT identified the hackers behind the Bybit hack as North Korean hacking group Lazarus.
The report from ZachXBT included a detailed analysis of test transactions and connected wallets used prior to exploiting the vulnerability, as well as numerous criminal graphs and timing analyses.
