Arkham data supports that $600 million worth of BTC was transferred from the address in question. However, the address in question has not been marked by Arkham as belonging to the US government for any reason. However, in previous posts, Arkham stated that the transfers made from this wallet were made by the US government.
We have more information about the recipient wallet. The Whale Alert platform has marked the recipient wallet as belonging to Coinbase, but since it is very difficult to determine whether a cryptocurrency address belongs to an exchange, there is no clear information on this subject yet.
