Grayscale, one of the largest investment companies in the cryptocurrency sector, has published a report sharing its expectations for the third quarter of 2025.
At this point, Grayscale has updated its list of the top 20 altcoins to watch in the third quarter of 2025.
Accordingly, Grayscale shared the updated Grayscale Research Top 20 altcoin list in a report dated June 27.
This list includes cryptocurrencies that Grayscale believes have strong potential for the upcoming quarter.
With the latest update, Grayscale added two new altcoins to the list: Avalanche (AVAX) and Morpho (MORPHO).
“We have updated the Grayscale Research Top 20. The Top 20 represents a diversified list that, in our view, has high potential in the coming quarters.
New assets this quarter were Avalanche (AVAX) and Morpho (MORPHO).
All assets in our Top 20 list have high volatility and should be considered high risk.”
Grayscale removed Lido DAO (LDO) and Optimism (OP), which it had listed last quarter, from its newly added altcoins.
According to the updated list, the cryptocurrencies with high potential in the second quarter are listed as follows:
