Google Cloud has taken a significant step to strengthen its blockchain data services by integrating eleven more top blockchains into BigQuery public datasets.
Google Cloud Expands Blockchain Data Access with 11 New Chains in BigQuery
These new additions, currently in trial, aim to provide a more comprehensive view of the cryptocurrency landscape for developers, partners, and Web3 analytics firms.
This expansion follows Google Cloud's initial efforts to democratize blockchain data through BigQuery public datasets in 2018, and was later expanded with six additional datasets in 2019.
The goal is to empower the Web3 community with advanced capabilities to answer complex queries and verify subjective claims across various chains.
The 11 newly included chains are:
Avalanche
Arbitrum
Cronos
Ethereum (Görli)
Phantom (Opera)
Near
Optimism
Polkadot
Polygon Mainnet
Polygon Mumbai
tron
Google Cloud's goal is to further solidify its position in the blockchain data industry by providing fast, reliable and enterprise-grade results for both its customers and the Web3 community.
This initiative is seen as an important step towards democratizing access to blockchain data and supporting the growing needs of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.
