The bail request of Terra founder Do Kwon, who has been detained in Montenegro since his arrest in March and is also charged with using fake passports, was granted again.
However, prosecutors objected to the court's decision to grant bail. The case, which went to the Supreme Court, dismissed the prosecutors' appeal and upheld the bail admission decision of Terra founder Do Kwon and former CTO Han Chang-joon.
According to the news site CoinGape, the Montenegrin Supreme Court upheld the lower court's decision today, which accepted the bail request of Do Kwon and Han Chang-joon.
Montenegro's Supreme Court has ruled that the defendants in Montenegro should be released on bail on charges of forgery. However, he will remain in prison for Do Kwon and Han Chang-joon to be extradited to South Korea.
In this context, the Supreme Court judge ordered Do Kwon and Han Chang-joon to be detained for six months to be extradited to South Korea.
Terra founder Kwon and Han Chang-joon will appear in court again on June 16.
