In mid-July, the expected verdict in the SEC-XRP case came and Judge Torres ruled in favor of Ripple.
Judge Torres said in his decision that the sale of XRP on exchanges does not qualify as securities.
After this decision, the exchanges that delisted XRP started to list XRP again. These exchanges include Coinbase, Binance US and Kraken, while Gemini stated that they are considering XRP listing.
While the XRP community was waiting for listing news from Gemini, a new XRP share came from the exchange.
Gemini's post was interpreted as pointing to the potential listing of XRP on the stock market.
