Former Binance CEO CZ’s New Cryptocurrency Project Hack Shock: Links It Shared Should Not Be Clicked

The official Twitter account of Giggle Academy, an educational initiative started by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), has been hacked and is currently being used to promote misleading information.

The compromised account posted a fake message claiming to offer rewards via a Play to Earn (P2E) model. CZ had previously stated that Giggle Academy would not be issuing its own token.

In addition, the hackers also insulted CZ on his hijacked Twitter account.

Responding to the incident, Zhao tweeted:

“Woke up to the news that 'Giggle Academy X account hacked'. We are working to recover. Always use common sense when reading content from anywhere.”

Announced as a philanthropic initiative, Giggle Academy aims to provide innovative education for children in underserved areas. According to the concept document, the project focuses on providing educational content from grades 1 to 12, emphasizing modern teaching techniques. CZ explained that the academy does not aim to replace traditional education systems, but rather complements them in places where access to basic education is lacking.

Giggle Academy plans to cover current topics like finance, blockchain, and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as core subjects like math, science, and literature, but it deliberately avoids controversial topics like history and religion to minimize global discussions on its platform.

The academy's curriculum will incorporate cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to create an adaptable and gamified learning environment.
