According to Bloomberg's report, the US securities and exchange commission accused Binance and its CEO, CZ, of violating securities laws and sued.
CZ, who gave the first answer to this, said in his post on his twitter account:

CZ included the "4" in his answer, which he denied FUD as in previous reports.
