A new post came from Ethereum (ETH) co-founder Vitalik Buterin, who positively affected the market and the price of the relevant altcoin with his shares and statements.
Sharing about the popular meme token Shiba Inu this time, Buterin underlined that SHIB has performed beyond expectations since its entry into the cryptocurrency industry.
Buterin stated in his post that he donated some SHIB to charity, thinking that the SHIB price would drop a lot, but SHIB did much better than he thought.
“I quickly sent a pile of SHIBs to charities thinking Shiba Inu would definitely drop 100x, so I had to act fast and was expecting them to cash out like $10-25 million at most.
However, SHIB performed well beyond my expectations…”
SHIB, which experienced an increase after Vitalik Buterin's post, later gave back these gains. SHIB, which has increased by 2% in the last 24 hours, continues to be traded at $ 0.00003 at the time of writing.
