They Skipped Bitcoin (BTC) and Cryptocurrencies!
While former President Donald Trump and X CEO Musk were expected to talk about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in the interview, the duo did not mention BTC or cryptocurrencies.
In the interview that lasted over two hours, they discussed almost everything including economy, inflation, trade, nuclear, power and education, but chose to skip Bitcoin and crypto. The crypto community was hopeful that these topics would be discussed as well, as both Trump and Musk are close to and supportive of the crypto industry.
X Faced Massive DDoS Attack!
Unexpectedly, X was hit by a massive DDoS attack just before the interview.
Despite the tests conducted before the interview, X reached a record of 8 million simultaneous listeners. Musk stated in a tweet to his users that a test was conducted with 8 million listeners, but still experienced problems.
The interview between the two started more than 45 minutes late due to X facing a massive DDoS attack.
“As this massive attack has shown, there is a lot of opposition to people hearing what President Trump has to say,” Musk said of the attack.
