Reeder Bilişim, a subsidiary of the local technology company Reeder, announced that it will issue a cryptocurrency called “Reecoin” and conduct an ICO (Initial Coin Offering / Digital Asset Initial Public Offering).
The company stated that it will launch the cryptocurrency named Reecoin through the ICO (Digital Asset Initial Public Offering) method and said the following in its notification to KAP:
“Our company closely follows the developments in blockchain technology on a global scale.
In order to use blockchain technologies in the marketing and sales programs of the products we produce and sell, as the technology in question has become widespread in our country simultaneously with the whole world, Reeder Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, a subsidiary of our Company, has launched ICO (Initial Coin Offering) under the name “Reecoin”. / Digital Asset Initial Public Offering) and for this purpose, a contract dated today (14.02.2024) was signed between Reeder Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, a subsidiary of our Company, Bitexen Teknoloji AŞ and Exenpay Teknoloji AŞ.
The digital asset initial public offering is planned to be completed by the end of February 2024, and the White Paper document regarding the issuance will be published on the website http://reecoin.io.
“Information will continue to be provided regarding the developments on the subject in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Special Circumstances Communiqué numbered II.15-1.”
It was also stated that the Reecoin ICO is planned to be completed by the end of February.
