In a recent announcement, cryptocurrency exchange Huobi, now known as HTX, announced that it will cease trading of five altcoins: EGAME (EVERY GAME), FIU (beFITTER), HOOP (Chibi Dinos), LYM (Lympo), and RUFF (RuffChain).
The Delist process is planned to come into force on October 26, 2023 at 11:00 CET.
According to the announcement, the decision to delist these tokens was made in line with HTX's ongoing commitment to promote the healthy development of the blockchain ecosystem. HTX management cited the section in the Token Management Rules as the reason for delisting, which it states, “allows HTX to suspend or hide token trading if the project or project team is deemed to have significantly violated the rules or is exposed to higher risks.”
Following the Delist decision, deposit services for EGAME, FIU, HOOP, LYM and RUFF will be stopped. However, users who hold these tokens will still be able to withdraw them.
According to the management's statement, the developers of these altcoins will have to submit a new application to HTX from scratch if they want to be relisted.
