Claim From Crypto Money Lawyer: "A Central Asian Country Will Announce That It Holds Bitcoin In Its Treasure!"

According to the claim of Irina Heaver, a lawyer in the field of crypto money, a Central Asian country will announce that it holds Bitcoin in its treasury.

In her statement on Twitter, Irina Heaver said the following on the subject:

“A Central Asian state will soon announce that it holds Bitcoin in its treasury.”

When asked where this country is, Heaver replied that client privacy prohibits him from giving country names. However, he stated that an announcement will be made when they are ready.

Responding to speculative inquiries, Heaver explained that his client's name ends in "istan" and is also "one of the largest holders of oil reserves."

Seven Central Asian countries end with the word istan. These are Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan. However, Pakistan is not generally located in Central Asia.

Of these, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have abundant oil and gas reserves.

He noted that Central Asia is often overlooked as a region for Bitcoin activity and has a large number of well-educated young people due to its "old-style Soviet education" system.

Examples of Bitcoin activities in Central Asia, Heaver cites Kyrgyzstan's heavy involvement in hydroelectric mining, Uzbekistan's laws pro-Bitcoin mining since 2018, and Kazakhstan's Dubai International Financial Center, a financial hub that is home to more than 4,300 businesses. (DIFC).
